Al Loan Qard Koperasi UTM Berhad KUTMB
LOAN CONCEPT
A welfare loan, or Al-Qard, is a loan issued by Koperasi UTM Berhad KUTMB with the aim of providing financial assistance to members in an emergency or reasonable matters that may be considered. The scheme is implemented in accordance with the”Qardhrul Hassan”method, which is to pay a certain amount of money and the member is required to repay within a certain period of the same amount.
The maximum loan approved is RM2,000.00 (according to eligibility) for which repayment is made via salary deduction of RM181.82 per month and the maximum period is 11 months. This welfare loan only charges RM70.00 to successful applicants. Payment of process money by cash or deducted from the loan.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The applicant must be a member of Koperasi UTM Berhad (KUTMB).
- The number of member salary deductions, including previous loan deductions must not exceed 60% of the member’s salary.
- Members can no longer apply if they still have the balance (welfare financing).
- The total share capital must be rm1000.00.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Obtain the loan application form from Koperasi UTM Berhad – KUTMB office.
- Fill in the application form and attach it together: A copy of the applicant’s Identity Card, a copy of the applicant’s latest Salary Statement (without guarantor) and relevant documents such as supporting letter, etc.
- Submit the application form and related documents to the nearest Koperasi UTM Berhad – KUTMB office.
Express Loan Jomduit
FINANCING CONCEPT
Express Loan is a personal loan issued by Koperasi UTM Berhad – KUTMB with the aim of providing financial assistance to members who are in emergency or reasonable matters that may be considered.
The maximum loan approved is RM1,000.00 whereby repayment is made via salary deduction of RM107.00 per month and the maximum tenure is 10 months.
The scheme is implemented in accordance with the”Qardhrul Hassan”method, which is to pay a certain amount of money and the member is required to repay within a certain period of the same amount.
This welfare loan only charges RM70.00 to successful applicants.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The applicant must be a member of Koperasi UTM Berhad (KUTMB).
- The number of member salary deductions, including previous loan deductions must not exceed 70% of the member’s salary.
- The total share capital must be rm1000.00.

- Obtain the loan application form from Koperasi UTM Berhad (KUTMB) office.
- Fill in the application form and attach it together: A copy of the applicant’s Identity Card, a copy of the applicant’s latest Salary Statement (without guarantor) and relevant documents such as supporting letter, etc.

Al Tawarruq Financing
FINANCING CONCEPT
Tawarruq financing is a financing issued by Koperasi UTM Berhad (KUTMB) to qualified members. Minimum allowable amount RM3,000.00 up to maximum amount of RM 150,000.00. The Profit Rate charged is 6.2% per annum (subject to change to be determined by Koperasi UTM Berhad).
The original payment was made through a salary deduction. Maximum period of payment is limited to 120 months or 10 years
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The applicant is a member of Koperasi UTM Berhad and has a prescribed number of shares (RM1,000.00)
- Permanent post and confirmed position
- The number of member salary deductions does not exceed 60% and the Debit Service Ratio (DSR) does not exceed 50%
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Complete the application form available at Koperasi UTM Berhad (KUTMB) office.
- You need to submit the following documents for the financing application:
(a) Copy of applicant and guarantor’s identity card* if available (front and back)
(b) Latest salary slip of applicant and guarantor* if any
(c) Other supporting documents* if required
KUTMB (Koperasi UTM Berhad) will contact the borrower upon review by the Financing Unit for further action.
